Go through the first two phases: Phase 1, where you build your focused shortlist of programmes, and Phase 2, where you start your EU-ready application pack. If, after completing those first steps, you don't feel you have a clear, structured path forward, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund your full €199 payment. How to request a refund
Email admin@hexoperator.com (or use nestuj.com/contact) within 30 days of your purchase, including the name and email address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
